Boruto Episode 40 – 44 Detailed Spoilers

Hey everyone! Boruto episode 40-44 spoilers are out, and we are going to discuss them episode by episode and have a look at how these episodes might turn out to be.

So, sit back and enjoy, but of course for those who don’t like to read spoilers, I’m warning you all: SPOILERS AHEAD. If you don’t like reading spoilers, I suggest you don’t go ahead. But, if you like reading spoilers, then let’s go! Everyone already knows that the Chuunin Exams Arc, also known as the the Momoshiki Arc will start somewhere in the Spring of 2018, most probably in April.

So, till then, it is obvious that episodes till April will show the progress of the new Team 7 of Boruto Uzumaki, Sarada Uchiha, Mitsuki, headed by Konohamaru Sarutobi himself.

Also, we’ll also be seeing the upbringing of other Genin like Iwabee Yuino, Rock Lee, Shikadai Nara and many more. It seems logical to show the progress of these Genin before the Chūnin Exams Arc and fans are more than willing to see them progress till April. Now, let us discuss the spoilers of some upcoming episodes, starting from Episode 40, which will see Team 7 take on their first mission.

1 Episode 40: Team 7: First Mission

As shown in the preview of Episode 40, It was clear that in the next episode Team 7 consisting of Boruto Uzumaki, Sarada Uchiha and Mitsuki, headed by Konohamaru Sarutobi, will be getting their first mission.

But it wasn’t clear what sort of mission they will be getting. Spoilers say that their mission will be repelling some bandits who have been attacking a certain village.

In Boruto episode 40 Team 7 will straight away head for the village, where they will see a woman named Kiri. She is probably the new character who was shown in the preview of the Boruto Episode 40.

Seems like this Kiri girl is the daughter of the village head, who is dead, and has taken over her father’s position of the village head. This episode will probably set the basis for the next episodes in which everyone hopes to see some epic battles. The abilities of Konohamaru Sarutobi might be on display as well, because much of them are yet to be disclosed.

Episode 41: The Power Of Unity

Moving forward to the next episode, that is, Episode 41. After the groundwork will be laid by Episode 40, this one will tackle the main issue. The title of this episode will be “The Power Of Unity”.

Originally, the mission of the Team 7 was to eliminate the bandits, that have attacked a certain village. But, turns out that these bandits were some ninja in disguise, and it appears that they have kidnapped Kiri.

Now, since Team 7 is a team of Genin, they are not supposed to go head-to-head against other ninja, but due to the pleading of other villagers and Konohamaru Sarutobi’s trust that this team can still complete the mission, their mission will now be to rescue Kiri. It is much like when Naruto’s Team 7’s mission changed from just an escorting mission to an A rank mission in which later we saw the legendary Zabuza.

At TheAnimeScrolls, i had already predicted in our previous article something of this sort might happen. Something similar is happening here as well.

Episode 42: The Work of Shinobi

Episode 41 set up the rescue Kiri mission, and we’ll see them go on a bunch of other missions in the next couple of episodes. It seems like Boruto Uzumaki is very sad, and unsatisfied about his Team 7 just receiving easy missions.

He clearly does not want easy tasks, and much like Naruto in his childhood, he gets mad about it. Boruto Uzumaki and this Team 7 then get a mission in which some criminal is holding up the bank and Team 7 are assigned to capture him.

So, Boruto Uzumaki is excited to finally get some action. However, it turns out that the criminal is after all just a simple man, who has no power to fight them and was recently fired from his job.

Because of this, our hero Boruto Uzumaki will become more irritated than ever, and demand his father, Naruto Uzumaki to assign his Team 7 some sort of mission in which they actually have to use their powers, intelligence and abilities to defeat an enemy. Thia episode might be a filler, because I just don’t see this being too important to the story. Episode 43 tells a different story though.

Episode 43: The Appearance of White Night Band

There have been some activities in Konohagakure, and The White Night Band are suspected to be behind these events. This, White Night Band is a group of thieves that call themselves the righteous thieves just because they steal from the rich and distribute it among the poor. Much like old school Robin Hood.

Boruto Uzumaki thinks that whatever they are doing is not correct, and does not like them.

Later, he seeks the opinion of his best friend Shikadai Nara who tells him that this sort of thing cannot be measured as a good, or a bad thing. It will be interesting to see what sort of steps Boruto Uzumaki will take against this White Night Band as Boruto Uzumaki is not the one who will sit back, watch on, and do nothing. Again, I think this episode is a filler, as it offers little to nothing to the story of Boruto.

Episode 44: Shikadai’s Doubt

Till now only the title of the Episode 44 has been revealed. No Spoilers regarding this are out yet, but as soon as they are out, TheAnimeScrolls will surely keep you all updated.
