Mitsuki’s Sage Mode, Future Powers and Abilities

Mitsuki is one of the main characters from Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. He’s a teammate of Boruto Uzumaki, and Sarada Uchiha. Currently, he’s a member of Team Konohamaru. With the reveal of Boruto’s new power, I felt it was about time I talked about Mitsuki’s Sage Mode, his potential, and future powers.

Boruto is currently taking up all the spotlight, which he should, since he’s the lead, but there are some, like me, who are more interested in characters like Mitsuki.

I’m sure most of you are aware of the fact that Mitsuki is the son of Orochimaru. He’s a synthetic human, who was thought to be perfect by

Orochimaru. Mitsuki holds the potential to surpass the likes of the Legendary Sannin, according to Orochimaru.

We haven’t even seen a glimpse of his true power, and to be honest, even now he’s far above the level of an Academy student.

Let’s talk about his current powers right now. As an Academy student, Mitsuki is capable of using 2 nature transformations. He’s proficient in Lightning Release, and Wind Release.

Just to let you know, a regular Chūnin is a master of one nature. A Jonin is capable of usually using 3 or more natures. Just let that sink in. Mitsuki is a master of Lightning Release and Wind Release from the looks of it. The comes his ability to stretch. He has a weird body, which I’m sure we’ll get to know more about. He’s extremely fast, as we saw when he nearly killed Iwabee.

There’s another thing about Mitsuki that I wanna talk about. I feel like it isn’t talked much in the community. I’m talking about his insane recovery rate. He has a recovery on par with Part 1 Naruto.

It’s almost as if he is completely made from Hashirama’s cells. If I had to comment on his current level, I’d say he can beat most Chūnin. You may feel like I’m over exaggerating, but no in serious. But, we haven’t even gotten to the good part yet.

Okay. So now, let’s talk about his Sage Mode. Orochimaru wanted Mitsuki to find his own path in life, in order to truly uncover his vast potential. To do this, he made it appear as if he wanted to control him.

Finally, on the 6th try, Orochimaru succeeded, and Mitsuki unlocked the Sage Mode. Mitsuki’s Sage Mode is the Perfect form of the Snake Sage Mode. He is also the first person to achieve this form.

No, Kabuto wasn’t perfect. First, he developed Snake like features, and second, he used Jugo’s ability to absorb Sage energy from nature. That’s not a perfect version of Sage Mode. But, Mitsuki’s Sage Mode is different. Even his shroud is different, and it certainly does look very powerful.

Since Orochimaru deems him to be a perfect human, just imagine how powerful he’ll be once he masters the Sage Mode!

By the time of Boruto the movie, Mitsuki has advanced a lot. He’s an expert in Taijutsu. He has the ability to shatter barriers at will. Mitsuki is also an expert in espionage missions. Further, he can already use Summoning Jutsu to summon snakes, and his abilities extend to the usage of Snake Clones as well.

But that’s not all. If you didn’t know, Mitsuki is also an expert Medical Ninja! He is called an expert when it comes to medical Ninjutsu.

Further, Mitsuki is also a master of Curse techniques. I’m assuming he picked it up from his father. Nonetheless, it is a considerably powerful weapon to have in your arsenal. He is also a skilled sensor, as he can sense enemies in the surrounding area, similar to how Minato and Tobirama did it.

As I’ve mentioned before, his healing factor is insane! He can heal without forming any handsets. Do you remember who could do that? Hashirama Senju! Just take a moment and imagine how powerful Mitsuki is, just as a Genin.

When you look at it, if he just perfects the usage of these techniques, he’ll definitely surpass the Sannin. But, I’m sure that won’t be his limit.

By his peak, he will definitely be one of the strongest we’ve known in history. Mitsuki’s Sage Mode, his Taijutsu skills, everything about him is so OP!

Plus, he bears a striking resemblance to the Otsutsuki Clan members. I’m not sure.

Is there some connection there? Maybe. I’m just speculating. That’s my job. But, it could easily be possible.
